update container version to v14 #98

The new container version contains support to build FFI with bindgen and necessary musl tools for a musl build.

Closing this one because due to the musl workaround found for https://github.com/rust-vmm/vhost-device/pull/76 Also, this v14 had an issue and was yanked from the registry.
