virtio-bindings: regenerate with Linux 6.2

Summary of the PR

I didn't bother updating to bindgen-cli 0.64.0, as in my previous testing it produced identical bindings except for a different version number in the comment at the top.

I don't need this for anything — I'm just trying to make keeping the bindings up to date a habit — so no hurry from my side to get it into 0.2.0.
