This crate only uses libc for a handful of type declarations (c_void, c_int, size_t) and a handful of constants (EINVAL, EIO). Given this usage, that it's a patch release, and that the changelog seems OK I think this is a fairly safe update to take with just my review. Going to merge, but we can revert before a release if I've made a misstep.
