Which minimal stable rust version should be supported? #11

I currently am in favor of supporting latest stable - 2.

Also even if the practically minimal supported rust version changes from an older version to one which is at most latest-2 this still should require at last a minor version change.

For now I keep it at a two versions old stable.

I also documented this in the crate rustdoc.
