Improve routing examples #351

Improve routing example in docs. Adding more relevant explanations, adjusting examples to tie together better, esp. RE one-way. Switching from hard coded queries to using parameters via DBeaver.

Fix typos / spelling in comments on the route_motor column on osm.road_line.
