Comments on building point/polygon osm_type table directs to building.lua for the function. The address_only_building() function has been moved to building_helpers.lua, see https://github.com/rustprooflabs/pgosm-flex/blob/c3e755e444315cff1a3358567f0a5b317e6c03ec/flex-config/sql/building.sql#L51-L52.
