Fix wrong links #12

Some of the links were not redirecting to the proper place, maybe due to recent substrate docs update. I tried to replace with proper links

all older links now are likely useless redirects, please scan & update :pray: happy to help if you can't find something you need, please open an issue on the docs themselves for a missing/broken link
