Specify license type for project #119

License status/statement missing for this project; could use this from CLN .. https://github.com/ElementsProject/lightning?tab=License-1-ov-file#readme

Or maybe this project migrates to lnSpecTools repository at some point, which is Apache2.

pyproject.toml says "MIT", FWIW. But agreed there should really be an explicit copy and note somewhere!
