Update README to adress some issues and behaviours #14

Added the need to logout from user session, made "Use static workspaces" bold since it is an important factor (at first I didn't pay attention to that line when I was using) and suggests to not use gtk based terminals since is already discussed even in other extensions that they can be very bugged.

thanks for this! i had actually made similar changes in another branch, but it's not ready to merge yet. we'll use yours instead.
