i3/sway-like tiling, default container contains all windows per monitor/workspace pair. selected window (container) can be split so new windows will split current window area.

missing before merge:

[ ] - window drag
[ ] - splitting parent container (hotkeys)
[ ] - testing

This branch isn't really working and I am not going to pursue anything other than spiral tilling at this point.
