Implementation missing from latest release. #22

Describe the bug Looks like the latest release is just ./worldgeneratorapi/target/worldgeneratorapi-1.1.2.jar in the latest release assets, though past releases look like they include the entire mod. Not a huge issue just posting in case it was a mistake.
