Update and Delete entries in the observations table #11

User should be able to delete entries if they made a mistake, or update the number in the cell in edit mode, and save changes

Adding comments is sufficient for a workaround for this, so moving it off the MVP milestone.

Suspect this will involve a redesign of the events in local storage so it would be a major design change?
