Missing sitemap or search feature Multiple ways should be provided for users to locate information on your website. In order to meet this requirement each page should include a Search box or a link labeled "Search" that takes the user to a search feature. Another way to meet this requirement is to include a link labeled "Site Map" or "Sitemap" that provides links to different sections of the site. 2.4.5 Multiple Ways: More than one way is available to locate a Web page within a set of Web pages except where the Web Page is the result of, or a step in, a process. (Level AA)

Having extracted the asthma action plan to it's own server, this website is a static single page site so there is no benefit or need to provide additional ways to locate the page on the page itself.
