would be great if there was some integration for the hopefully accepted pull request to support TOTP.

I am looking at this plugin for handling purchases on youtube.

I'll see about adding handling querying the user for the code.

It looks like this doesn't actually work for purchased videos, only for private videos: Does not fix #359 - you can download purchased videos, but the output is encrypted

I ended up implementing it without the use of this code.

I'm going to leave this open as I still intend to add handling for this.
