Handle 401 unauthorized by throwing user out from app #2117

Description:

We tested with Otso on staging

Error code: 401, unauthorized, "no approved auth"

Actual: user not logged out from app when GET 401, also user refresh action on dashboard didn't do it Expected: sign user out from app immediately
