Center/zoom map view on user's current location

Add ability to center and/or zoom to user's current location.

It may be possible to locate user using browsers GeoLocation API
If geolocation is not available or user refuses to give permission to locate, the centering ability will be disabled.

Mostly implemented, except disabling the button.

Better ui needed.
