Feature: Add emacs to IDEs #53

Pretty self-explanatory - I just added the bundle ID for Emacs to the 'IDEs' array after I noticed some shortcuts going awry while using it.

Also, I added another feature to my fork of the repo - running/switching to docked apps with +. I know that those shortcuts are present in Windows and GNOME desktops on Linux, but I'm a little new to macOS and wasn't sure if there was already a conventional use for those key combinations so am not opening a PR for that right now. I would be happy to do so if the contributors/maintainers here are of the opinion that it's acceptable.

I think that could be a neat addition. If you want to send it my way in a PR, I'll have a look.
