Add core variants for windows server images #377

hi,

even tho its easy to rebuild by myself, might it be a valuable option to add the CORE variants for windows server 2019 and 2022? It should be as simple as replacing the installation type with SERVERSTANDARDCORE or SERVERDATACENTERCORE on windows 2022.
