biomod2 from 4.2-4 to 4.2-5 #47

Change BIOMOD_ModelingOptions to bm_ModelingOptions

Hello there,

I guess it should not affect much the package as it is mainly in tutorials, but here are changes that should help moving from biomod2 version 4.2-4 to 4.2-5 👀 Meanwhile, it is possible to fix the dependency on biomod2 to 4.2-4 version.

Please, tell us if some changes / things / novelties are unclear for you.

Thanks a lot for the changes. I meant to do that for a while... I'll check whether I need to checge anythign in blockCV's outputs (e.g. column name) to match the new updates of biomod2.
