Add checks for file and folder permissions, correct file location #57

Sometimes the plugin can be uploaded under different user that can lead to problems related to file or folder permission errors or restrictions. Extra test for correct location of the plugin inside the website's directory structure should also be done. The results should be displayed in the About screen.
