Compatibility to "madeFromStuff" items #3

MakeThing error: SolarGenerator is madeFromStuff but stuff=null. Assigning default.

due to the GenStepDef spawning method, it causes incompatibility problems.

This should be fixed in the 1.3 versions of the mod.
