Can't spawn World Object city #33

When I try to spawn one with the debug logging menu it generates a city but i can't make my pawns explore it and an error appears in the console for example I tried to spawn a city faction and this wall of text appears: Untitle23d and the same happens to any kind of city i try to generate(the ones that naturally spawn or were already spawned are fine)
