Toon foam effect #59

Hi @rvandoosselaer

Submitting this here so that won't be lost on the forum ;)

As suggested in the forum, this will be nice to add a similar foam effect that randomly generates foam on water surface.

@rvandoosselaer can this be done in the FluidFilter?

I’ll have a look at it if I dive in the shader code again. , it’s indeed a nice effect that would match with the current default style.

I also accept contributions, so feel free to have a go at it if you want 😉. This way it will make it (a lot) faster to the master branch/upcoming release.
