Head must release workers #4

I found the bug.

The NodeDetails produced when leasing contains the public IP, whereas connections to the head node use the private IP. The IPs don't match and the head node does not recognise the worker.

No way, that's the one we're confusing all the time!!! Good you found it. Might be one of the 'lessons learned' in the report!
