Incorrect header in the offerte #61

In the PDF offerte it says 'rekening' in the header, rather than 'offerte'

I also found the rekening footer in the offerte PDF. However, I thought this was already solved. I sent an email to EJ (2017-10-20, 19:40) to check whether this is also the case at his end. If so, add to this issue

Found a similar case in the user interface. Fixing that as well

I will remove the footer as well
