Standardise the JSeat Explorer loading with that found in JSeat Visualizer #5

Background:
The TopComposite (which represents the Browse/Update directory panel) can 
be removed as it serves no purpose other than to open a version or metric 
model data file. This functionality should be found under the file menu 
like in JSeat Visualizer.

Issue:
The TopComposite should be removed with the respective loading 
functionality accessible via the file menu.

The file menu should be standardised to match JSeat Visualizer.

Fixed:
The TopComposite was removed and the file menu was standardised as part of 
Issue 18 
(Standardise menu for JSeatExplorer and JSeatVisualizer).
