Num modified #62

Hi Robert, we are using the mito branch of spoa, and would like to know what the "num modified" as given in the output of each run refers to.

Hello Johnathan, sorry for my late reply! It is the number of sequences of the input dataset that were rotated in order to compute the MSA.
