(while I'm the one who'll be approving and merging this, I am creating a PR for documentation and historical purposes)

This PR ensures that On/Office works properly under iOS 13.

Implemented requesting permission for DeviceOrientationEvents.
Added playsinline attribute to videos, so that they won't go full-screen in Safari.
