Floating: Click doesn't raise window #83

Don't know if this is a bug or a feature, when clicking inside a partly
covered floating window it doesn't get raised to the top. Clicking on the
title bar raises it as expected.

This is a development build.

This isn't a bug, it's a standard focus model. If you want to raise the window, 
press
your modifier key while you click it.
