Rverse does not load on Japanese N2DSXL #18

I downloaded the latest release, but whenever I try to boot rverse through the Miiverse button, it takes me to the normal Miiverse screen, and I get an error code (015-3060), which translated basically says "Can't connect to the server".

Closed, latest update fixed the issue
