Arguments may be incorrectly indented in Man page output #34

When both options and arguments are present it is possible that the arguments are wrongly indented in the Troff output

Specifically this happens if you have both visible and hidden options then we incorrectly calculate whether the arguments section of the options list needs to start a new list
