I'll merge that as it's probably a better status quo
I've planned to add group widget drafts, you can share across apps, so it's easier to quickly patch part of a form (ping @ricklove : should solve one of the thing that annoyed you) those should be great with such changes. also, it will then make a great reason to have prefabs, because of the metadata and extra semantic we'll be able to attach those nodes.
The upscale latent wasn't working when I was using an LCM sampler because it was hardcoded. I changed it to default to the main sampler settings, with an options to select all-new sampler settings.
