Panel_Icons: Overhaul #229

Icons can now be clicked to copy text
Show the most recently copied icons at the top
Filter is toggle-able without needing to change the query
Removed displaying icon names. (This is useless now that you can copy it.)

Cool 💥✨ !!

Nitpick: I would have probably kept the capability to display names anyway, off by default. It still brings something more to the table, like the ability teach the naming conventions, etc.
