Wayland: Make .desktop file entries #232

Fixes the icon not being used on Wayland, as there are no protocols to allow them to set this programmatically.
Adds 2 entries to launch from launchers that look for .desktop files.
One that launches Cushy normally, and one that starts the dev script.
Not heavily tested on Wayland sessions other than KDE.

Thanks ! this one probably needs to be double checked for possible incompatibilities; we could also just fork scripts and have the linux specific version alongside if we want not to care about that right now

It should only do it if it's linux, I re-used the if statement you had for that in the install script.
