Make available a minified version of trunk8.js (both on GitHub and from the project page at http://jrvis.com/trunk8/ )

Decided not to commit the trunk8.min.js file to GitHub. Anyone looking for the minified code can download it from http://jrvis.com/trunk8/ by expanding the Download button and clicking (or right-click "Save link as...") on Download v1.3.min.

Updated the Download button back to the default gray style. This should help make the GitHub button stand out as the dominant button on the page.
