It seems that there is no way to efficiently run Jupyter notebooks. Need to continue debugging but the issue seems to be on the LArSOFT folder where the python3.9 source lives. Only real solution now is to run everything from the terminal using .py files only. I WON'T GIVE UP!

What if I use NERSC?

NERSC is not the optimal solution. I'll run everything locally.
