It seems that I won't be able to use my GPVM for this as I cannot install InfluxDB.
One (not ideal but realistic) solution is to work locally and then send it to the GPVM for storage purposes only.

I won't continue working on this until I know which version of InfluxDB they are using for Mx2. Each version has its own rules and training and I might be wasting time on version 2 (btw this version is poorly documented)
