HTML Indentation enhancement patch #192

Hello

This is not an issue, is just a enhancement to this great client, an 
enhancement related to the indentation of html responses.

Attached is a patch with the changes.

Resuming:

I´m using Jericho html parser for indentation and for syntax highlighting i´m 
the same as xml, this is not the best but i need to know how the project works 
first :s
