HCS only calculates minimum cut of total system #3

Actual clusters are not stored. Now, the karger cut is run until there are no more edges to cut.

Took some time and pain in the backside beacause of dict.copy(), it was fixed in commit a33940f50172ec369d414eb6c61a6af82a0e66eb
