There are some inconsistencies in the README after the change to make user install default

I tried to address them, and clarify/fix some other things while I was at it.

Updated the PR:

roo -> root
Changed /usr/local/share/rvm to /usr/local/rvm as suggested by rvm (although incorrect IMHO)
