Update rvm.yml #53

Found there was an error with key import. Adding this command was recommended from rvm output.

Fails with error gpg2: command not found

This issue is addressed https://github.com/rvm/rvm1-ansible/blob/master/tasks/rvm.yml#L24-L32, I'm closing but feel free to re-open.
