Connecting to server does not result in full user list

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect as host and share file
2. Open shared file on client
3. Host edits shared file
4. Host closes Eclipse application using 'X' on title bar
5. Host reconnects

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect full user list, only see each local user that is connected
