User icon change, userlist icon and file/filelist icon creation

Yeong, could you change the user icon to the silhouette of a person... 

Something like: 
http://www.york.ac.uk/media/it-services/images/icons/128x128/user.png

Also, could you create an icon with a few of these overlayed (in different 
shades) for an icon for the userlist.

For the files in the file list, I was thinking about a text-document looking 
symbol with MT over it to show these are multitype files.  Maybe do the overlay 
thing again for the filelist icon.

Please save all icons in multitype/res/
