Search missing top result #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Any keyword search using the autosuggest tools

Seems that either we're dropping the first result or it's not being returned by 
Netflix.  We need to 
take a look at this and make sure we aren't dropping items.

Fixed it; passing a start_index of 1 apparently causes Netflix to drop the 
first entry.  Not sure why.

Will sync on Monday.
