Search is completely worthless #21

The current search solution is completely unusable.  This is the only real
thing I wish Queued did better.

For example:  I searched for "Gran Torino" and got hundreds of results, but
the exact match was nowhere to be found.

I did another search for "Entourage Season 4" and got some Entourage
results, but mostly other results that seemingly had no business matching
this query.

Discussed with someone at SitePen, and it seems that the search works fine but
discards the first result. For many queries, this makes it worthless. I looked 
but
couldn't find a way to fix it in the code.

This should be fixed in the source; we'll be releasing 1.1 within the next two 
weeks.  The key was to remove a 
parameter in the online/titles.js when doing a search.
