To ensure that nothing breaks any of the term searches used for getting more 
info from Netflix 
using the Netflix API, we'll need to ensure that there's no special 
"cut-and-paste" (i.e. from 
something like Microsoft Word) characters within a title coming from the public 
RSS feeds.
