Add the possibility to call external services for books #358
Let the users configure external services, e.g. executing a script or calling an HTTP address. These services could be used to modify Calibre's data (see #357) or do something else entirely.
The user can also configure the context (book, author, tag, series) and the parameters (book id etc.).
The app shows buttons for each configured service in the detail pages of the configured context.
