Add fixes for PHP 8.2 in master branch #393

This is an intermediate version between the v1 branch and the BicBucStriim-352 branch, using the old front-end jQuery Mobile toolkit but replacing the back-end PHP code with a more modern framework. See #352 for details

The back-end PHP code is not as up to date as in the BicBucStriim-352 branch though, which is probably why it's still an alpha version :-)
