Notice: End of life for PHP version #400

As you might have noticed, BicBucStriim didn't get many updates in the last few years. Mostly due to the lack of time on my side. Also, because I found it increasingly hard to switch to the PHP ecosystem just to update this app. That doesn't say anything about PHP, it's just that I don't use it anywhere else, and the effort of maintaining another technology stack besides all the others has been too high for me.

Currently, BicBucStriim is still a PHP 7 app, although there are PRs to upgrade it to PHP 8. So, if someone wants to take over the maintenance, that would be the way to go forward.

Thanks for all your work here @rvolz - I can certainly understand the need to move on, but it would be nice if you could at least merge the 3 open PRs for the different branches:

That way we can all start from a PHP 8.x ready version, and my forked versions are aligned:

The PRs were merged. If nothing else comes up, the repo will be archived.
