Manual.pod lacks link to source code repo #14

The consequence of that is that the CPAN package doesn't have a link to the source code repo, or if there is it's hidden enough that I didn't find it. Perhaps manual.pod is the wrong location for that but that link needs to be somewhere, and in a place that one would go looking for it.

The CPAN package actually does have a link at the top of the page in the project metadata (under "repository"): http://search.cpan.org/dist/Bio-Phylo/ - it is specified in the (MY)META.yml. Having said that, it would be good to have links in the SEE ALSO sections at the bottom of each *.pm and in the Manual.pod. Thanks for checking in on this.
